Watched the 30-minute show on Bloomberg’s TV channel this morning and thought I would post it here.
The 30-minute show goes over Facebook’s operations, margins, acquisitions, and growth potential. At the end, they do a valuation of Facebook and what they would need to do to warrant the original $100 billion valuations that they had.
It does a good job going over all of the above, but the main reason I wanted to put it here is that it does a very good job of going over the process of valuations and some of the things you need to think about when doing a valuation.

Bloomberg only put the 6 minute overview online here. It still has good information but the whole 30 minute show would have been nice for context and information. If interested I would search on your TV to see if you can DVR the whole show at a future time.
Enjoy.
