My Thoughts On Father’s Day
As guys, we typically don’t show emotion much – especially once we get older.
And as value investors, we make that even harder sometimes for the loved ones in our lives, because we train ourselves to get rid of as much emotion as possible in many cases.
Lack of emotion is a great thing when it comes to investing… Not so much when it comes to showing the people most important in our lives that we love, appreciate, and care about them.

Typically in this post on Mondays, I give my thoughts on topics I’m asked about all the time…
Today, we’re doing something different.
Because yesterday was Father’s Day here in the US, I’m giving a shout out to the important dads in my life and around the world.
Thank you to my dad Troy – father of 2 -, my brother – father of 3, the dads who helped shaped me when I was younger and still shape my life today, the other dad on my team, Psalm, and to any of you who are dads that read or have read this blog.
Thank you all for everything you do with helping to shape our next generation.
I hope you had a great Father’s Day yesterday wherever in the world you are.
Ladies, I hope you spoiled the important dads in your life yesterday.
