BLIZZARD OFFERS FULL DIABLO III REFUNDS IN SOUTH KOREA

Blizzard has confirmed that it will offer full refunds to South Korean Diablo III players. The move comes following long-running connectivity issues, including crashes and slow connection speeds due to overloaded servers.

Last month, the South Korean Fair Trade Commission launched an investigation into the matter after a flood of complaints from users affected by connectivity issues. While Blizzard said at the time that it would not provide compensation to the gamers, South Korean consumer protection laws state that users must be granted a refund for any product that has a problem not caused by the customer.
